Katie is a dedicated equine professional with over a decade of diverse experience, currently serving as the Barn Manager and Clinic Organizer at Nash Hill Equestrian Center. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable insight in various equestrian settings, including large and small boarding operations, equine sanctuaries, and standardbred harness racing facilities. It was through her time in the harness racing world that Katie became deeply committed to guiding her horsemanship journey in a more compassionate direction, motivated by her desire to offer horses a better, more thoughtful approach to training and care. Today, she enriches the Nash Hill community by organizing clinics that foster connection and education for individuals who share her passion for ethical horsemanship and the well-being of their horses. Outside of her professional role, Katie continues to deepen her skills, working alongside her Standardbreds, Secret and Indy, and her mini horse, Damsel, each of whom inspires her every day.

Staci Saulter is the Owner and CEO of both Nash Hill and Allegany Mountain Saddlery, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to both organizations. With a deep-rooted passion for horses and the equine industry, Staci has built a reputation for excellence in both facility management and custom tack design.

As the visionary behind Nash Hill, Staci is dedicated to providing a premier equine facility that offers top-tier care, training, and services for horses and riders alike. Under her leadership, the facility has flourished into a place where every equine’s needs are met with individualized care, while riders benefit from expert instruction, world-class clinicians, and a supportive environment to advance their skills.

Staci is also the founder and driving force behind Allegany Mountain Saddlery, a custom tack business known for creating high-quality, made-to-order saddles and equipment tailored to each horse’s unique needs. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship have made her saddlery highly regarded in the equine community.

 Staci is deeply involved in every aspect of both businesses. She manages day-to-day operations, oversees custom orders, and ensures the highest standards of care and service are met.

Her leadership is marked by a hands-on, client-centered approach, and she is dedicated to ensuring both Nash Hill and Allegany Mountain Saddlery continue to be pillars of the equine community. Staci’s passion, knowledge, and commitment to excellence make her a trusted resource and a true leader in the industry.

Maddie has spent the last 20 years immersed in farm life, with a passion for horses that began at a young age. After 15 years training in the Hunter/Jumper world, she transitioned to a more natural approach to horsemanship. Maddie now embraces a well-rounded philosophy, believing that horses should be capable of excelling in any discipline—from trail riding, jumping, speed events, cow cutting, mounted archery, driving and more! Above all, Maddie finds the greatest joy in helping riders of all levels build strong, lasting connections with their horses while achieving their unique goals. Her diverse experience and dedication aid both horse and rider in continuing development.
